Illinois Paint Council

The Illinois Paint Council is managed by the Chemical Industry Council of Illinois (CICI), which also supervises lobbying activities on the council's behalf in Springfield. The CICI executive director, Mark Biel, serves as executive director of the paint council.

Policy is made by the general membership, which is invited to attend four regularly scheduled meeting each year. Membership consists of NPCA members in Illinois. The council, which held it's first meeting in early April 1991, is chaired by Michael Murphy, general counsel of Rust-Oleum Corporation.
