Massachusetts Paint Council

The Massachusetts Paint Council is managed by Vincent J. Shanley, Esq. of Shanley Fleming and Associates who also serves as lobbyist for the council.

Policy is determined by the general membership, which is invited to attend the four regularly scheduled meetings each year. Members of NPCA with facilities in Massachusetts make up the membership of the council. The council is chaired by Deborah Degrazia, Camger Chemical Systems, Inc. in Norfolk.

The council held it’s first meeting in late March 1991.
