Minnesota Paint Council

The Minnesota Paint Council is managed by Jennifer W. Breitinger who also serves as the lobbyist for the Council in St. Paul, the state’s capital city.

Policy is made by the general membership at four regularly scheduled meetings each year. NPCA members in Minnesota are invited to attend all meetings. The council, chaired by Chris Brandt, chairman of the board, G.C. Brandt, Inc., held its first meeting in February 1992.
