New Jersey Paint Council

The New Jersey Paint Council is managed by the Chemistry Council of New Jersey, which also serves as the paint council's lobbyist in Trenton. The Chemistry Council of New Jersey's executive director, Hal Bozarth, serves as executive director of the New Jersey Paint Council.

Policy is made by the general membership, which is invited to attend the four regularly scheduled meetings each year. Members pf NPCA with facilities in New Jersey make up the membership of the council. The council is chaired by Robert Lefelar, president, Clifton Adhesives Corporation. The council held its first meeting in September 1990.
