Pacific Northwest Paint Council

The Pacific Northwest Paint Council is a regional paint council, covering the states of Washington and Oregon. The council is managed by Ted Hughes & Associates, located in Salem, Oregon. Hughes serves both as executive director of the council and as the chief lobbyist in Oregon on regulatory and legislative issues. Mark Gjurasic and John Woodring represent the council in Washington state.

Policy is established by the general membership with the guidance of a 12-member Operating Committee. Four regularly scheduled meetings are held annually. The council is comprised of members of NPCA with facilities in Oregon and Washington. The council held it’s first meeting in January 1994.
