Masco Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Jonathon Nudi as president and CEO, effective July 7, 2025. Nudi will succeed Keith Allman, who will retire as president and CEO and member of the Board of Directors at that time.
Under Allman’s leadership, over the past decade, Masco delivered double digit EPS compound annual growth and total shareholder returns of approximately 14% compound annual growth.
According to the company, Nudi will lead Masco as the company advances its initiatives and capitalizes on the power of its brands across product categories, sales channels, and geographies to create exceptional value for customers and shareholders.
BASF has announced that Heather Remley, currently president, Global Engineering Services, will assume responsibility as president & CEO of the BASF Corporation, taking over from Marc Ehrhardt, who has decided to leave the company at his own request.
Christian Aucoin, senior vice president at Global Operations Agricultural Solutions, succeeds Heather Remley as president.
Ingevity announced the appointment of David H. Li as president and CEO. Li is expected to join the board of directors following the 2025 Annual Meeting. Li succeeds Ingevity board member, Luis Fernandez-Moreno, who has been serving as interim president and CEO since October 2024, and who will remain on Ingevity’s board.
Li recently served as CEO, president, and a member of the board of CMC Materials, Inc., a global supplier of advanced materials focused on the semiconductor and energy industries, prior to its sale to Entegris, Inc. Before that, Li served as CMC’s vice president of the Asia Pacific region after holding various senior leadership and management positions at CMC.
Wacker Chemie AG’s supervisory board has re-appointed Tobias Ohler for another five years as CFO.
Ohler joined Wacker Chemie AG in 2004 as head of Controlling. In 2008, he assumed leadership of Raw Materials Procurement and, in 2010, joined the Executive Board of Siltronic AG. He has been on the executive board of Wacker Chemie AG since 2013. Ohler previously worked as a consultant for McKinsey.
Ohler earned his doctorate in economics at the University of Oldenburg.
Elementis has announced that Luc van Ravenstein has assumed the role of CEO and member of the board of directors effective April 29, succeeding Paul Waterman.
Previously, van Ravenstein led the company’s largest business segment, Performance Specialties (formerly Coatings) after overseeing the Personal Care segment. Prior to joining Elementis, he held various leadership roles at Croda International plc.
Barentz announced the appointment of Rocky Prior as president, Performance Materials North America. Prior will succeed Howard Hubert, who is retiring after more than 10 years of leadership at the company. They will work closely together over the next several months to ensure a smooth transition.
Prior has also held several commercial leadership positions in specialty chemical and ingredient distribution and manufacturing, beginning his career as a chemist for a coatings producer.
Pilot Chemical Company announced that Graeme Biggin has been named as the new vice president of Growth and Innovation. Biggin, who has 28 years of experience in the oleo and specialty chemical industry, will be responsible for leading and driving Pilot Chemical’s growth strategy.
Biggin most recently served as president and co-founder of Natural Sweetners. Before that he served as president at Durabilis Sweetners, where he was responsible for all aspects of the global business. He previously spent nearly seven years as business development director at Jacob Sterns & Sons, Inc.
Biggin earned a B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow and completed education for his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Edinburgh.
ICP Group has appointed Deb Lechner vice president of marketing.
As vice president, Lechner will report directly to CEO Jay Doubman and serve on the Executive Leadership Team, acting as a strategic marketing partner for the company. According to the company she is expected to bring her expertise to ICP’s business units, supported by the company’s dedicated marketing team.
The ChemQuest Group announced the appointment of five new directors who will support specialty materials clients with tailored business strategy and optimization, technology acceleration, market intelligence, and M&A advisory services.
Sanjeev Dey has expertise in the personal care and HI&I (home care, institutional and industrial cleaning) markets. Dey holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Nevada Reno and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in nanotechnology at Northwestern University.
Marc de Pater is a senior chemicals industry executive with a background in strategy development and execution. He earned an M.Sc. degree in polymer chemistry from the University of Groningen and holds a patent for novel rosin esters for adhesives.
Henry DiGregorio is an accomplished leader in business development, B2B sales, product management, marketing, and technical applications. With an A.S. degree in industrial management from Three Rivers Technical College, a B.S. in business administration from the University of New Haven, and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, DiGregorio holds six patents related to dispensing technology.
Arpit Dwivedi has industry experience and expertise in strategy, innovation, and market growth across B2B and B2C sectors. He holds a B.E. degree from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology, an M.S. in materials science and engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
Frederick Myers, has in-depth knowledge of organic, inorganic, and powder coatings for steel and other metals, as well as fiber-reinforced polymer composites (including fiber production and impregnation in military and commercial applications). He earned a B.S. in mathematics and physics from Otterbein University, as well as an M.S. in physics and his doctorate in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is the inventor/co-inventor on over 10 patents.
