The School of Polymers and High Performance Materials at The University of Southern Mississippi has issued an invitation for presentations for the 44th annual International Waterborne, High-Solids, and Powder Coatings Symposium. To be held February 19–24, 2017, at the New Orleans Marriott, in New Orleans, LA, the organizers are seeking papers pertaining to new and emerging technologies related to materials, processes, production, characterization, applications, and markets in the field of surface coatings. Suggested topics include (but are not limited to): Waterborne, High Solids, Nano (structure or technology), Emulsion, Additives, Corrosion, UV, Pigments, Powder Coatings, and all other coatings-related subjects. Papers will be selected based on the submitted abstracts. All speakers must submit a paper for publication the annual proceedings book. Papers principally commercial in nature will not be accepted. Moreover, papers must be original and represent recent advancements in coatings science or related disciplines. Abstracts to be considered must be submitted by February 15, 2016.
