Gemini Industries, Inc., an employee-owned manufacturer of wood coating solutions, announced the acquisition of Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood business unit.

The transition officially began on Feb. 3, with Gemini assuming responsibility for Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood Coatings Division. To ensure a smooth transition, Gemini will retain Diamond Vogel’s dedicated industrial wood sales and technical service staff, providing seamless continuity for customers.
